Big Gin unites a blend of nine botanicals from all over the world to be distilled in the Pacific Northwest. Our 100-gallon copper pot stills bring new-fashioned flavors to life with our London Dry, Bourbon Barreled, Peat Barreled, and other limited releases in the Big Gin Single Barrel series. Crafted for ginners and the gin curious, we bring a little something special in every sip.

Big Gin is a proud partner of The Freshwater Trust, whose mission is to preserve and restore freshwater ecosystems.

Currently, there are restoration and conservation projects in six basins across three states, including the Sandy, Deschutes, McKenzie, Rogue, Snake, and Sacramento-San Joaquin. The organization also recently entered a contract with Washington’s King County to improve water quality in Puget Sound.

TFT is also developing cutting edge apps and tool kits that use data and analytics to make on the ground restoration efforts more effective and impactful.
