The Frozen Martini
Inspired from Dukes Bar, London
Pour out ⅓ bottle of Big Gin and reserve for another use. Replace the gin with a high caliber dry vermouth of your choosing. We like Yzaguirre or Mancino. Tip the bottle back & forth a time or two, incorporating the spirits. Place bottle in the freezer for a few hours. Pour 3 ounces directly in a chilled martini glass. Garnish as you see fit. Store in the freezer.
Winter Reviver #2
Originally from the 1930 Savoy Cocktail Book, slightly modified.
1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice
1/2 ounce Cocchi Americana Rosa (or similar, depending on taste)
1 ounce orange liqueur
1 ounce Big Gin
slight dash of absinthe
Shake well with ice, strain over a large cube & garnish with an obnoxiously large lemon twist.

Muddle celery with sugar and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker, about one minute. Add gin, fill shaker with ice, and shake about 30 seconds. Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice, top with soda water and garnish with a lemon twist.
When in Seattle, check out Seattle Seltzer Co.'s celery soda!
