In July, Dahlia Lounge Chef Brock Johnson visited Captive Spirits Distillery for a total sensory immersion in Big Gin’s gorgeous components, which are hand selected from sources around the world. Brock tasted classic Big Gin, Peat Barreled Big Gin, Bourbon Barreled Big Gin & Barrel Reserve, which was just released. Chef Brock is using what he learned at the distillery to create a four-course event that focuses on each gin’s personality and major ingredients!
