- 2 oz Peat Barreled Big Gin
- Bar spoon Green Chartreuse
- 3 dashes Scrappy's celery bitters
- 1/2 oz dry vermouth
Stirred and strained. Served neat. Garnish with your choice of an olive, lemon twist, or caper berry.
- 1 1/2 oz Peat Barreled Big Gin
- 3/4 oz Yellow Chartreuse
- 2 dashes Scrappy's orange bitters
Stir with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Serve with a full lemon twist.
